Login to the security testing platform.

Open the browser and enter the website address of the security testing platform.

Use your account and password to log in.

Entering the Project Management Page

Click on "Project Management" in the navigation bar on the homepage.

Select the project for which you want to create a new change workflow.

Create a Change Workflow

On the project details page, click on "Create Change Workflow".

Fill in the basic information of the change workflow, including:

Change Name: Give the change workflow a concise and clear name.

Change Description: Briefly describe the purpose and content of the change workflow.

Change Type: Select the type of the change workflow, such as feature enhancement, vulnerability fix, etc.

Change Impact Range: Describe the functional modules or system components that may be affected by the change workflow.

Change Estimated Completion Time: Estimate the completion time of the change workflow.

Add Test Cases

On the change workflow editing page, click on "Add Test Cases".

Fill in the basic information of the test case, including:

Test Case Name: Give the test case a concise and clear name.

Test Case Description: Briefly describe the purpose and content of the test case.

Expected Result: Describe the expected result after executing the test case.

Preconditions: Describe the conditions that need to be met before executing the test case.

Test Steps: Provide a detailed description of the execution steps of the test case.

Set Change Approval Process

On the change workflow editing page, click on "Set Approval Process".

Based on the actual situation of the project, set the approval process of the change workflow, including:

Approvers: Assign personnel responsible for approving the change workflow.

Approval Order: Set the order in which the approvers will review the change workflow.

Approval Status: Record the approval status of the change workflow, such as pending, approved, or rejected.

Submit Change Workflow

On the change workflow editing page, click on "Submit".

Wait for the project manager or relevant responsible person to approve.

Track Change Workflow Progress

In the project management page, view the list of submitted change workflows.

Track the progress of the change workflows based on the approval status.
